I have several customers who will download/print PDFs of their invoices when they receive them and recently had a discussion with a customer who thought we'd changed her payment terms. It turns out someone printed the invoice almost two weeks after it was sent, but the downloaded copy showed the print date instead of the creation date.
I realized it happens if I save a PDF of the invoice as well. Under Invoice Details it shows "pdf creation date" with today's date, no matter when I originally created the invoice even when it shows a due date that has passed.
I understand if that is pertinent information for some, but most invoices show an invoice date. Is there a way around this that I haven't found or is a fix in the works?
