Had a card we had loaded for $10 for a donation--it was written on the card. The card came back and was loaded with $35. Can we trace that history to see if someone reloaded it, if we incorrectly loaded it, or see if someone hacked in and changed the balance?

Hi @SeedsNBeans, thanks for reaching out and very sorry to hear about the trouble with this gift card.

You can view if/when a card was reloaded by downloading the Gift Card Detail CSV. To do so, head over to your Gift Cards tab > select appropriate date range > Export > Detail CSV. After that, a spreadsheet will download to your computer and you can view the last reload date.
