Loyalty Program: Updating reward - won't save

When I started my loyalty program I did a 10% discount for the reward. I want to increase it to 15%; however, it won't update to 15%. On the loyalty main page, it says 10%. When I click to edit, under Set Rewards it says 15% and the preview page shows 10%. It shows 10% on the app when people enter their phone numbers. How can I get this to update to 15%? Thank you!

Hey @rire, are you trying to edit your loyalty program by hitting the actions menu in the top right corner? Just so we're clear, after you edited the reward amount you completed the edit by selecting the location it applies to and hitting done in the top right?

The review screen is a description of the reward. All you need to do is delete the text and edit it to reflect the 15% discount. It doesn't automatically change, because this box can be customized with any text.
