Loyalty Program "Not Enough Spent for Stars" For Customers

We have our minimum to earn stars set at $5, recently customers who have been spending over that (subtotal, before taxes) have not been earning stars. When I look up their account on our customer database, it states "Loyalty +0 Not Enough Spent for Stars" on the bottom. Anyone else run into this problem? Perhaps it's a setting somewhere that we're not aware of? Any help would be appreciated!

Whoa @mantracoffee, that definitely doesn't sound right and there isn't any other setting after you set the dollar threshold. It's kind of tough to troubleshoot this issue on the Seller Community, since I don't have access to your account. I recommend reaching out to our Loyalty Customer Success Team.They can take a closer look at your account and determine what the issue is!
