If a customer gets a new mobile phone number and wants to update it in their profile in our Customer Directory and their Loyalty Account, is that possible without losing the stars and rewards they've already earned? We tried to update one customer and noticed that the "Available Rewards" section disappeared from his profile in the directory and his Activity Details section removed all loyalty status details.

Currently, if you edit the phone number linked to your customer's Loyalty punch card the existing stars will automatically be removed. However, once you've added their new phone number you can immediately reissue their stars!
To reissue a customer's stars from the app:
- Navigate to Loyalty > tap Edit.
- Use the + / - tool to add the appropriate number of stars.
- Tap Save.
