Most days on my calendar are blacked out when they should be available for patients to schedule...

Hello, 

I am new to square and experimenting with the scheduler. 

Everything looks good in the set up where I specify my available days and hours, but then when my husband tries to make a mock appointment, 3/4 of the days that should be available are blacked out.

Does anyone know why? Can anyone tell me how to fix it?

Hi there. 

 

A few things come to mind whenever a Seller mentions something like this. 

 

Double check that you don't have your "Fake-It-Filter" toggled on. This feature removes a certain percentage of your appointments depending on how busy you are. 

 

While you already mentioned that everything is setup correctly, it's always good to double check your business hours and days available in the Business Information tab of your Appointments Dashboard. 

 

Also, make sure you don't have any existing appointments with clients that might be removing the available times you thought should be showing up as available. You can check this by looking at your Month View Calendar in your Appointments Dashboard and comparing it to your Online Booking Calendar.
