My client says that there is no "pay invoice" button on the invoice I sent him.

This is the first time that this happens to me. I sent an invoice to a trusted client and he says that there is no place to submit the payment. I sent him the link that explains how to pay invoices on Square (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5138) and he replied saying that there is no submit button. Any idea about how to solve this issue?

I have only had this happen once.  I when to the invoice in my dashboard and click on more then share.  Copy and pasted the url into and email and sent it to my customer.  That worked for them.

 

Also, I had one customer with a old computer running windows XP.  There browser was to old to work with it.
