My printer always disconnects. There for i am unable to do any transactions with cards. When my printer is not connected i am unable to open my cash drawer automatically. I have checked all my connections, pluged and unpluged everything. Cleaned my multi-port and any other application and or wires. Still having the same issue. Im still covered under warranty and getting new hardware. Hoping this fixes the issue. Any tips would be nice to keep this issue at bay.
