My square doesn't have an employee feature on it and it's asking for a passcode that I don't have.

I have looked on square.com and it says to deactivate the passcode I have to go to the employee feature and undo it.  I can't look at my reports due to the passcode screen popping up and not having a code to put in.  And I don't have an employee feature on my square.  What's up with that?  Any help or answers would be appreciated

Hello @Lbcoats, this is a setting you can only adjust on the Square Dashboard.

 

Once you're signed in head to the Employees tab and select Passcode Access from the top of your screen. You should then see a screen similar to the one below. 

 

 

To remove this setting just uncheck that first box and then click save in the bottom right corner!

I have no employee tab on my dashboard.  I've looked under everything! So how can I fix it without that feature?

Thank you!  I found the "dashboard".. I didn't realize it was separate.. I'm super new to this with the square!  Thanks so much!
