Or is it a tablet?
What version of iOS or Android is the device running?
What version of the Square POS are you running?
What chip reader do you have, the Bluetooth one or the plugin one?
Has this worked before?

My reader is not working!! I am so annoyed, I have had to manually input 4 transactions. Not Happy. I have a Samsung S8.
I'm sorry to hear about the trouble @browaddict, are you using the Square Magstripe Reader?
