Online Booking: workflow change?

Hello there,

 

I have been experiencing issues being able to charge online clients - it used to be easy, they entered their payment info when booking & once the session had commenced, all I had to do was accept the payment. 

Now, it asks for the card to be swiped or entered manually...and I end up having to send an invoice to clients to get paid. What's going on? Is this a change in the system or something on my end?

Thanks for posting in the Seller Community. 

 

Are you referring your Square Appointments booking site? Did you used to have clients pay prior to the appointments?
