Payments posting to my balance

So I recently made a sale via manual card input and the money has yet to be available in my balance. Why is it taking so long? Customer has said that their account has been updated and the money has been taken from their account. How long until the money shows up in my balance?

do you see the transaction in your Square transaction history? It will show up instantly in your transactions and typically next business day in your bank account. It could take an extra day if it was a large manual card input transaction as those have the highest amount of fraudulent charges.
