When I try to print an online order (using the printer Icon at the bottom) I only get a black square pop-up box. If I continue on to print (Ctrl-P) there is an emtpy page.

I've already turned off the popup-blocker for everything squareup.com and also disabled the ad blocker for that domain, but the result is still the same.

I'm using Chrome on Windows 10, but tried MS Edge browser with the same result.

This all has worked for me for years and I'm now experiencing this problem after I had to rebuild my system from scratch (new OS install).

So, from what you've described it sounds like the issue might be with the button on the Online Store. I recommend giving our Support Team a call so they can take a look at this from the back end. If they can reproduce what you're seeing we will have the Engineering team fix it.
