I purchased Square Stand Bundle [REDACTED CONFIRMATION NUMBER], I did not receive Square Contactless + Chip Reader and Dock

Sorry about the state of your Square Stand. You'll need to go through the warranty process so we can ship you out a new one (https://squareup.com/help/us/en/article/5148).
Can you check to make sure you ordered the Square Contactless and Chip Reader plus the Dock?
