I have recently set-up a store -- I've added items and launched it, but have kept the not accepting orders option on (as I wanted to post a big announcement, etc). Within the past few days, the store seems to have reverted to it's non-resolved state and now displays this message on and off again:
>>Your Online Store is on its way.
To ensure that your Online Store is properly configured, follow these steps:
- Properly point your domain's DNS record to Square.
- Set your domain in your Online Store settings page. Test that your domain is valid.
- Wait up to 24-48 hours for your changes to propagate.
I've added the CNAME record for the specialized domain and everything seemed as though it was fully resolved and launched. After I switched the site to fully online, it popped up once again. However, I just checked it and the message above has come back.
I don't want to tell my customers that everything is online, only to have them visit the site and receive an under construction type message.
