Square does not sync back to Etsy after a sale in person

Hoping someone can help... I synced my Etsy with my Square without a problem, however, I sold an item in person from my Etsy listings and it didn’t sync back to Etsy as sold and was still active. Anyone have this problem? Not sure what’s wrong.

Hey @Bobbij73!

 

Since Etsy is responsible for the integration with Square, I recommend reaching out to their support team directly. They would have more information to determine the cause of the syncing issue than we do here in the Community.

No problem! In the off chance that they lead you back to us, you can always talk to our CS team and they'll be able to see if anything is getting tripped up on the Square side. However, Etsy will definitely have more extensive access to the back-end of the integration so they should be able to diagnose quicker than us.
