My iPad updated to iOS 12.0 and now Square isn't working. The app opens up and closes back out. HELP! ;(

try uninstalling and reinstalling the Square POS app. I have been using Square on multiple iPads and iPhones running iOS 12 since it launched. sometimes just shutting the device off and then back on can fix issues too.
