Tablet

I use the Square POS on my LG tablet. Been doing great.  My employee took card payments offline the past two days. When she went to connect to WiFi something happen. Now the app jyst goes to a black blank screen. I have over 90 pending card transactions. What can I do

Hey @wingatesprocess, very sorry to hear about the trouble with the app. If you're still having any issues, I'd suggest giving these troubleshooting tips a go: Troubleshooting in Offline Mode.

 

Be very careful to not delete and reinstall the app if you have accepted Offline Payments — otherwise they will be lost.
