I have you square for over a year. This evening I was unable to take a payment. It directed me to login to my account. I signed in had to create a new password. I never was able to complete a point of sales. I updated the app to make sure everything was in order. Still not able to even run a test for a payment. What could I be missing? Thank you Deborah

you were trying to sign in on the Square POS app and where did it redirect you to? that doesn't sound like anything I've heard before. If you can sign in to this forum that is the same e-mail and password as you would use to sign into the app.
