Are you able to provide some more information about the transaction?
For example:
1. What was the amount you were attempting to process? Note: All Square merchants have a per transaction limit of $50,000.
2. What payment method was used during the transaction (e.g. credit card)?
3. At what point did the transaction fail, and was there any messaging that popped up on your screen at the time?
