Turned on tablet and it’s been forever! I don’t know digits or password

Turn on tablet and cannot remember the password or code to enter.

Is this the passcode to the tablet or Square app?  If it is to Square you can log in via a web browser to squareup.com and change your passcode.  If it is to the tablet, what brand and we may be able to point you in the right direction to unlock it.
