Hey @JacqKirby, what kind of computer is the other one you mentioned? Currently the Virtual Terminal is only available Apple or Chromebook computers using Safari or Chrome internet browsers.
Hmm, that's strange — thank you for trying the troubleshootings steps. Go ahead and ccall our CS team directly. They'll be able to investigate this further and escalate it to our engineering team too.
