I was at an event where cell service went down due to heavy cell traffic. Square went into offline mode and when I tried to complete a transaction the only option available was cash.
I could not even manually enter credit card info. It would say "some payments not available in offline mode" and every payment option besides cash said "online only"
Offline mode is enabled in the app. I tried logging out, restarting my phone and force stopping the app. Why can I not take offline payments in offline mode?
