Why do I have no data coming back to my dashboard??

I have had no data coming back to my dashboard for over a week.  Seemed to stop towards the end of the day on 25 Jan and I have had nothing since.  POS is printing a daily drawer report, but no transactions in dashboard??

Are your filter dates correct in the dashboard?  Is your device logged into the same account and/or location? Is your device connected to the internet?   If these are all correct then I would contact support to see what is going on.
