Sorry to hear about the trouble! Does it disconnect immediately after a sale is made, or just when the leave the app? Any time your device locks, sleeps, or you otherwise leave the app, the reader will disconnect.
One thing you can do to prevent this is adjust the sleep timer on your device so the app stays open - and the reader stays connected.
It may vary depending on your Android device, but the steps should be about the same:
- Open the Settings app.
- Choose Display.
- Choose Screen Timeout, and select a longer length of time.
