Hi guys! I launch tomorrow and wanted to make sure the Square payment was synched. With that said, it is showing synched and I followed all directions, however when I got to check out I can see the Square payment form, but can't type into it, like it is disabled.

That does sound pretty strange. You'll want to reach out to WooCommerce directly, as they developed and manage the integration on their end.
You can get a ticket started with the WooCommerce Support Team and they'll have you up and running again in no time.
