Email receipts for tickets


I'd like to email receipts without having to type in email for each transaction; ok to do when I simply do a transaction and add customer, but if I create a ticket, add customer, then charge ticket, email of customer does not show up and I have to type in email address manually. Am I doing something wrong? Thank you

Hi @Joj

 

If you added a customer profile to the sale that includes their email address already, you should be able to tap the customer silhouette at the top of the receipt screen to view the customer information from there. 

 

If this is a regular customer of yours with their email address and receipt preference on file, it should automatically populate for you when they complete their payment. 

 

Was this not happening?
