How do I made a Variation choice mandatory? in Squ...

If my product has two variations, for example,

Rioja has Glass €7 and Bottle €33 variations

How can I force this choice *without* being brought to the 'Note & Options' page afterwards?

Setting the item to 'Automatically Add Item to Cheque' skips the choice, making it hard to add a bottle.

Desired flow:

Press 'Rioja'

Select 'Glass' or 'Bottle'
Brought back to Menu

At this time, this sort of flow is considered a feature request.
