My square stopped syncing with quickbooks since QB had an update. I dont know how to fix it. I reach out to square and they told me to reach out to quickbooks so i did talk with both ends and they keep telling me the same thing. talk to the other party. they are not a good help

Hi Kassi. Yes I did talk to CS but they told me to talk to quickbooks. That everything is good with then so I don't get it. Also in the new update it says. Square balance account in the app settings. Which I don't remember seeing it before
