Solved: Why do Aetna Payflex credit cards always get denie...

I have been trying to charge Aetna Payflex Mastercard and I always get a denied message requesting to use a different credit card. Patient have been using this same credit card in other medical offices and she never have problems.

You have to have chosen the right category when signing up for square for these cards to work. you may have to contact them to have your MCC (Merchant category code) changed. https://squareup.com/help/us/en/contact

Licensed health care providers and pharmacies can process Health Savings Account (HSA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) cards with Square. We don’t currently support EBT or other benefits cards.

If you are a healthcare provider and you selected the Medical Practitioner, Medical Services, or Dentistry business category during the signup process, you should have no trouble accepting HSA or FSA cards. If you believe your business category needs to be updated, contact us."

I can use square to charge medical payments or copayments from visa's flexible spending accounts. How do I do this
