How to add multiples items

Hello ALL! I'm new the square biz and also new to the food truck world! So please take it easy on ME lol!!

So my question is I want to be able to add a size and flavors on one ticket. I.E you order a Small and you get your choice of 3 flavors, toppings and/or even Ice cream added how can I customzie this ticket?
