There are times that when booking an appointment for a client that we need a booking alert. I.e. a client calls to book a haircut and we need to let the staff know that she needs 1.5 hours for that appointment. Is there a way to have an alert or note show up automatically when looking at a client profile? Looking in client notes is not an option because we won’t see it as we book.
