Customer paid invoice. How long before it shows up paid. States pending on their side

Sent customer an invoice.  They paid but i have not recived notification

Hey @Cpatras!

 

Has the status of your Invoice changed to Paid within your app? Another way to check would be to see if the payment shows up within your Transactions tab of your Square Dashboard. If neither of these apply to you, it sounds like the payment might have failed on the customer's side. If this is the case, I would have them retry the payment one more time as the pending charge they see on their end wasn't actually captured and would fall off within a few days.
