My account information is missing.

The title of this thread was updated from its original title: “Troubleshooting”.

 

My Square has lost most of the items, as if it has reverted back to 2015. I tried reinstalling app and restarting iPad, has not solved issue. All updates are current. Had the problem long before installing iOS 11 update. Any ideas? Thanks.

Hey @SL3 - I think I know what is going on here. 

 

It sounds like you have more than one account and signed into your older account recently. Please make sure that you have signed into the correct account - if you need more help, please contact our Support Team by email or phone to get to the bottom of this.
