@Teshome So sorry to hear! This sounds really frustrating. We definitely want to make sure you get your payments fast.

 

To start, a device could be forced into "Offline mode" if there is an issue with the internet connection when you are trying to take a payment.  When that does happen, offline mode does not fully process the payment, it just records the payment information until you can reconnect to the internet. You can tell if you're in offline mode because there will be a large red banner in the app. If this is the case, you'll want to make sure to connect back to the internet within 72 hours, so your payments don't expire. 

 

From the sound of it, there could be an issue with your smartphone's internet connection. Are you using wifi or a celluar data connection? Have you tried restarting your device when this happens?
