How this works I’m selling cakes one or two per week and some people want to pay with debit or credit card  how much I have to pay per transactions or per month

Check out this article for Square's fee structure.  The rate you pay depends on the version you're using.  However, if you don't use any of Square's subscription services, that is all you will pay - there are no extra fees tacked on.
