I am considering purchasing the appointment program, but missed the 30-day trial. However, before investing, what to know how/if I can do the following: I sell my services in "packaged minutes" for example basic hour is $69; buy 2 hours get 10% off, buy 4 hours get 20%off. Client can use in minute increments - 15min minimum. How do I list and price different parts of the package? Will Square let the client know when it is time to purchase the next package?

While you can create services for package deals you offer, Square Appointments doesn't support deducting sessions. If you are looking to book appointments in 15 min increments, I would recommend creating each of your services to be 15 min long. I'd also suggest scheduling each session in a package deal as a separate appointment to ensure clients are charged for each session.
