We are a college store and allow students to charge items to their students accounts as well as departments. Does the Square POS have the capability to add-on additional "outside" accounts to the system?

Hmm, not sure I fully understand what you mean by "outside" accounts? Can you elaborate a little further with an example?

I have a similar question, our church uses Square at the moment for one Program (Garage Sale). I'd like to know how we could use it for multiple programs (departments) that have individual internally named "accounts". Can we do this & how?

Hey @RichviewBaptist!

I think you should take a look at our Location Management feature! This will allow you to create multiple locations within your Square Account. Each location can have its own business name, address, and bank account. I think this would be a great fit for your church.
