Report Building

Anyone else having problems creating new reports (sales, item sales, new report) lately?  Haven't been able to create a new one for going on a month now.  It says "the page has become unresponsive" and I can choose "wait" or "leave page".  I can get as far as entering the name of the report then there is a normal delay while it propogates all the information but when I try to click on the "filter by" dropdown menu to choose "category sales" as I normally do there is a looooong delay then that page unresponsive box pops up after several minutes..

 

I've created a couple dozen reports before this..  thoughts?  Thanks

Hello @PPP, that's quite an odd issue! 

 

I did some testing with my own reports and didn't notice any delay or latency. Have you tried clearing the cache on your web browser? Also is your browser up to date? 

 

I'll keep an eye out for your reply!

Seems to be working now.  thanks to whomever fixed it on Squares end.  I did NOthing to my computer and it works today.
