New phone/app reinstalled/won't work as existing customer

I had an account on Android and got new phone months ago.  I am a very small vendor so recently installed Point of Sale app on new Android.  I believe I am signing up with email/password of existing account but Square is looking to have me create new account.  Now what?  I need my old info to show up on this new app!!!

Thats od. I would try againg to log in. May be best to change password. That and when you log in it should send you a security code for your phone. If you have not recieved a code that may be the issue. Hope this helps. Let me know

No luck.  Keeps putting me to sign in as a new customer.   Guess I will have to email support.  Thanks.

When you are logged out there are 2 choices on Square POS.  Create Account and Sign In.  Choosing Sign in will allow you to use your existing account to restore your Square account from the cloud.

Yes, sorry that didnt work. Contact support so they can have IT guys fix so you dont have to re sign up
