I've got all of my clients using the online calendar. When they book an appointment, I get a text reminder. Recently, I've started getting duplicate reminders that come in at the same time. Can anyone suggest a solution as to why?

That does sound a bit strange. When did this start happening?
Does this happen with every booked appointment or is it only occurring with specific Staff Members, Services etc.?
