Square Appointments: Some clients cannot make appointments from their phones

 Hi I just switched from bookfresh to square appointments for my barbershop. Some clients cannot make appointments from their phone while some can, for those who can't it just doesn't load i am wondering how to fix this

Hi David, sorry to hear your clients are having trouble booking appointments!

 

If you've checked your Appointments availability, the issue could be with your client's mobile device. For example, they might need to use a different web browser app, or update the software on their device.

 

If this issue persists and your clients aren't able to book appointments for your barbershop please contact our Support Team directly so we can investigate this further!
