Did not receive square tap component despite payment in October

I paid for my tap on October 24 - via Visa.  Not received.  Checked and shipping date was to be November 27th - not received.  No response from Square.  So much for the free processing.   I have no disputed the charges with Visa.  So disappointing.  The system is working well for credit cards but I’ve been telling my clients since October that I could accept debit but no machine.  They are doubting my professional integrity thanks to Square

This is not something that can be solved here in these user support forums. 

 

your best bet is to call or email Square to find out if it got lost in shipping by the post or what.

Called the number within the required time frame and was directed to the website.  I have contacted the website several times to no avail.

Yes I got my customer code and put it in the phone keypad but was then told to use the website.
