Good question, @MAR. There isn't much that separates a Virtual Terminal payment vs. a manually keyed-in (Register app) payment when it comes to your reporting.
If you view an individual transaction from your Transactions page, the payment type is noted next to the fees for the transaction. VT payments will show as 'Square Terminal.' However, in the Payment Methods report, they are categorized as keyed-in card payments.
Also similar to Register payments; email addresses or phone number entered on the Virtual Terminal form are sent privately to Square to be used for receipt delivery. If you need to record customer information and contact information, you can enter it in the 'Notes' field or enter it in your Customer Directory.
