Why hasn't my funds been transferred?

My customer paid her invoice at 8pm on the 26th of September it's now 24 hours later and it says "pending" nothing has shown up in my account. What's going on?

Our Next Business Day Deposit Schedule has a cut off time of 5:00 PM PDT. It sounds like this payment was after the cutoff time and would have been sent with your deposit for the 27th. You should have seen this deposited by now.
