Free processing with Sam's Club

I purchased my Square Reader trough Sam's Club for the free processing of up to $1000, but I am being charged processing fees. What do I need to do to correct this?

I'm not specifically aware of the Sam's club offer but I'm sure it is the same as all the referral offers that you need to sign up by clicking or entering a specific link when signing up.

Another note on this promotion, when you have free processing enabled, Square will take the fee on each transaction like usual. Then, when your deposit gets sent to your bank, Square reimburses the fees. If you take a look at your Deposit Report, you will see that the fees have been added back to your deposit.

 

If you don't see it at the above link you can contact customer support.  https://squareup.com/help/contact In the end, it is only $27.50 worth of fees they are waving so it isn't that big of a deal to take hours of your time trying to get it working.

I also was supposed to receive this same offer and I did not receive mine. I didn't see that their offer was actually a sticker which you peel back, and after you peel it back it tells you to go to an address before you sign up. I had already signed up because again I didn't see it was a peel back sticker and there is nothing to indicate you peel it back other than a whitehead on white cardboard.  When I go to that address now it automatically takes me to my Dashboard.

I didn't realize the info was on the sticker until after I already set up my square.  Is there a way to still get my free processing fees since I purchased this at Sam's Club?
