I am sure something has gone wrong with one of my customers loyalty rewards. Everytime she comes in, Square says she has 2-3 loyalty rewards saved up. I know for a fact that this is not the case. I know you can edit the amount of stars someone has, but how on earth do you remove a reward once it (says) is earned?
My reward is $10 off an item and I have tried adding a $10 item and using the reward (which ends up being a $0 cash sale) but it does not seem to reduce the amount of rewards shown on her (the) customer page.
Any help is apprecieated.
