How to change language on invoices guests receive?

Dear all,

 

I would appreicate it if someone could explain how to change the language on the invoices we send out.  Currently, they do say *Please use the Pay Invoice button to pay the balance for your accomodation at Our Hotel' however, the actual buton has has *カードで支払う’ on it, which is Japanese for Pay by credit card.

 

Could someone kindly tell me how to change this to English?  Also, on the settings inside the account on the account and settings tab, Personal information, we have selected English, but the mails we receive from Square (our daily sales, transactions, etc.) are also all in English.

You can send Square Invoices in English by navigating to Locations and selecting English as your preferred language. Please note that you need to change the setting for each location, if setting up multiple locations.

 

By changing the preferred language to English in Locations, you will also be able to receive notification emails (per payment, per refund, per deposit and the Daily Sales Summary Report) in English.

 

So if you’ve already changed your prefered language on your Location, the new Invoices you are going to create should show in English. Please note that this does not apply to the previous Invoices, so if your question is about the Invoice you’ve created before, cancel it and create a new one again.
