We sell farm shares (CSA) via electronic delivery through the online store. There is reference to the fact that the customer receives an email confirmation after purchase, but I have no idea what this says, how to find this email confirmation, or if I can edit what it says! Where can I find this?

Anything I can do to prevent confusion among our members is helpful by either editing this email confirmation or being able to set up an automatic marketing campaign in response to when a specific item is ordered. It isn't very clear that I can do either.
