Hi,
My customers have been purchasing services online but not receiving any kind of receipt. I even manually re-sent all of the receipts over the weekend and no one seems to have received any proof of purchase/receipt.
Help!

I have a client who is not recieving her receipts. I have tried to resend multiple times. I even sent one to my personal email and never received it either in inbox or spam box. so I tried to resend a receipt via text also did not receive that one. is there a time delay from when receipts are sent and received? Is there a setting I need to adjust? I have emailed this issue to square but just wondered if anyone has already dealt with this issue and knows how to fix it.

Receipts can often times get filtered out by email servers or outright blocked as well.
There's a few tips that we have that could help.
Try adding Square to your list of contacts. Receipt emails from Square are sent from receipts@messaging.squareup.com.
